Here's a beautiful home that was originally lived in by the architect / builder. Designers aren't always thinking about how the water flows off of the roof, however.

The house had suffered quite a bit of water damage to the exterior due to improperly installed and maintained gutters.

We found and replaced some water-damaged wood and offered Kim a customized approach with our LeafGuard installation. Here's what she had to say, once we were completed.
